JSC “Izhcombank” issues cards of the
regional payment system “Izhcard”
JSC “Izhcombank” offers the most advantageous way of payroll system by using the “Izhcard”
banking cards. These cards can be used practically everywhere in Izhevsk: in shops, automated-teller machines (ATMs) and cash
advance centers. Furthermore, they can be accepted in other cities like Sarapul, Votkinsk, Glazov, and Moscow. The number
of cards servicing points is constantly increasing. The cardholders have an opportunity to pay for all the housing and utilities
services, communication services (telephone, cellular telephone, pager) using the ATM facilities. Besides, these services

be signed. Free banking cards are issued in the name of each employee. The company’s accountant
does usual salary accountings and transfers the money to the bank (by sum total payment order) together with the pay-sheet.
The bank ,in turn, deposits the salary onto the employee’s accounts within 30 minutes from the moment of the money being
received from the company. The “Izhcard” cards are valid for the period of 3 years then it is to be replaced by
a new one for free.
