History of the Bank:

The Joint Stock Company «IZHCOMBANK» was founded from the reorganization of ZHILSOTSBANK of the USSR , Udmurtia  Republic Regional Division. The initial Articles of Association were registered in the State Bank of RSFSR under No 646 of October 30, 1990.

Under the decision of the general meeting of the participants (Minutes of the meeting No 11 of May 18, 1994) the commercial bank «IZHCOMBANK» was reorganized into the Commercial bank «IZHCOMBANK», Limited Liability Partnership.
Under the decision of the general meeting of the participants (Minutes of the meeting No 13 of December 1, 1994) commercial bank «IZHCOMBANK» LLP was reorganized into the Commercial bank «IZHCOMBANK» Limited Liability Corporation, the Articles of which were registered in March 14, 1995.

In 1999 a revised version of the Articles of the Commercial bank «IZHCOMBANK», Limited Liability Corporation was approved by the decision of the general meeting of the participants (Minutes of the meeting No 3 of April 19, 1999).

Under the decision of the general meeting of the participants (Minutes of the meeting No 4of June 2, 2000) Commercial Bank «IZHCOMBANK», LLC was reorganized into the Joint Stock Company «IZHCOMBANK» (opened joint stock company).

«IZHCOMBANK» holds the licenses of the Central bank of the Russian Federation which allow the Bank  to do all the transactions  with retail and corporate clients in rubles and  foreign currencies.

The bank mission is to provide the full spectrum of the high-quality services for diverse types of clients in compliance with Laws of Russian Federation and  to be the leading financial credit institution of the Udmurtia Republic.
